Knockly is designed with privacy as the starting point. The product only stores data needed for account management, door settings, call history and abuse prevention.

• No permanent camera and no automatic camera access.
• Visitors do not need an account.
• No recordings by default.
• Visitor sessions and call tokens expire automatically.
• IP addresses are hashed where needed for safety and rate limiting.
