Knockly provides a QR-based doorbell experience with optional visitor text and video messages. Visitors control whether they record and send a video message. Account owners remain responsible for correct use, access by team members, local rules and placing one personal Knockly code clearly beside the correct door.

When a visitor submits a name, reason, text, image, audio or video message through a Knockly code, the visitor grants Knockly a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, process, transmit and display that content solely to provide, secure and support the service. The visitor confirms that they are authorised to share the content. The licence ends when the content is deleted, except for limited backups and legal retention obligations.

Every new Knockly account starts on the Free plan without payment details. Optional Plus and Business subscriptions are purchased and managed on the Knockly website through Stripe. Paid access starts only after Stripe confirms payment; merely opening or cancelling checkout does not change the active plan.

Physical Small Print Cards are one-time purchases paid through Stripe. One sticker costs EUR 8 and each additional sticker in the same order costs EUR 2. The price shown at checkout includes delivery within the Netherlands. Account owners are responsible for entering a complete delivery address and checking the personalized door before ordering.

A newly paid annual Plus subscription includes one free weatherproof Small Print Card sticker for the first active door on the account. A newly paid annual Business subscription includes five. Knockly sends the personalized print file, production quantity and delivery details entered during checkout to Copystop for production and direct delivery. The benefit is issued once per new Stripe subscription and has no cash value.

Account deletion is available from the resident account settings. Deleting an account removes resident access, revokes active sessions and notifications, disables sole-owner doors and anonymizes account details. Billing, tax, abuse-prevention and support records may be retained only where required.
